Policies

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders on ready-made items will be processed within 5-7 business days after placing the order, and your package will be shipped within 5-7 days after processing has taken place. In an effort to reduce shipping costs, all packages are shipped without tracking. If you require tracking on your package, please contact me using the Contact form to arrange for an extra shipping payment. 
  • Delivery times to the United States is estimated at 2-4 weeks for untracked packages. Delivery times for International orders range from 1-3 months for untracked packages. 
  • In an effort to reduce waste and be more eco-friendly, I try to reuse packing as much as possible. To help with recycling efforts, you can reuse packaging, or remove the clear packing tape and recycle any cardboard and paper products. Unfortunately bubble wrap, bubble mailers, and packing tape are not recyclable. 
  • Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances out of my control. If you are experiencing delays with your package, please contact your local post office. 
  • If you are ordering locally in Edmonton, AB, I am able to deliver your items and your shipping amount will be refunded back to you. 
  • Commission orders take 4-8 weeks to process and ship out, and are made in the order they are received. If you commission a hoop, I will let you know how many orders are ahead of your own. 

 

RETURNS

  • All sales are final, and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Please read the item description carefully, and don't hesitate to contact me with questions regarding products before you place an order.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please send me a picture of the damaged product, and I will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge. As each item is handmade, the replacement item will not be identical to the original product photo. 
  • Absolutely no exchanges on damaged items after 30 days after the order has been received.

  • When you purchase something from this shop, I obtain private information such as your name, email, and address. I use this information to fulfill any orders, which involves processing your payment information, shipping your purchase, and providing you with order confirmation and a payment receipt. Payments and shipping are processed in partnership with the payment websites PayPal & Stripe.

FAQ

  • Which currency do you use? All listed prices are in USD.
  • Are you currently accepting embroidery commissions? Commissions slots are available in limited quantities on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please email me at [email protected] to see if I am currently accepting commissions. 
  • How much do embroidery commissions cost? Pricing for commissions is dependent on the complexity of the design, the materials required, and the time it takes to create the product. If you would like to commission an embroidery hoop, please contact me with a description of the design you would like and the size of the hoop. I can provide you will a more accurate quote once I have a better idea of what you are looking for. Before commissioning an embroidery hoop, please visit my instagram (@frightdesigns) to see what styles of embroidery I create. Please keep in mind that I do not make realistic portraits, nor will I copy/reproduce a design a customer has found online. 
  • Will you ever restock [this item]? I typically do not restock embroidery hoops. You can commission me to make a product I have previously sold in the past. However, all commissions are made to order and in the order they are received, so the piece will not be immediately available. As each item is handmade, the replacement item will not be identical to the original product photo. 
  • I recently placed an order but I would like to place another order on a different item. Is there any way you can ship the two items together?  If you haven't received an email saying your order has been shipped, please contact me and let me know that you'd like to combine an order. I will try to get that taken care of before I ship out the order! 
  • I saw a piece of embroidery you made and I like how it looks, but I don't want to buy it; can I recreate/reproduce it? No. All artwork is original and you do not have permission to recreate/reproduce any artwork you see on this website, or on shop social media.
